Design and Development
At R. G. Hansen & Associates, we take great pride in our configuration control and teaming effort to design and produce the finest products. Once all product specifications have been determined by the customer and accepted by our quality and Engineering departments, our Engineers start the design phase.
We now begin the initial phases of production. All units are carefully fabricated to the specific instructions derived from the design and review process.
Aided by AutoCAD, our engineering department creates the drawing package. Once we have a completed drawing package, processes are defined, most of which come directly from the drawings themselves.
Prior to initiating production, our lead technicians carefully review the processes and drawings to ensure our own capabilities and to identify any necessary corrections to optimize our production efficiency.
Once all levels of assembly have been achieved, which are verified at all 'buyoff' points identified by the quality Department, a delegated technician will conduct the approved ATP. A feedback/review session with all leads and members from both the quality and Engineering Department will then take place to identify ant corrective measures and/or approvals.
Once this process yields acceptable, reproducible quality levels it is approved by the appropriate quality, Engineering, and Production managers and handed off to production.
