Quality Policy
The Quality Policy at R. G. Hansen & Associates is to provide
the most value to our customers as set forth by the requirements
of the customer. It is the intention of the Quality Department at
R. G. Hansen & Associates to add value by maintaining control over
documentation, materials, personnel, equipment, inspection, and test.
The direction of our company has been the development of commercial
products and custom cryogenic systems to support commercial research,
military requirements and university research needs. Quality products,
competent, resourceful, enthusiastic staff and a commitment to customer
service have been and continue to be hallmarks of R. G. Hansen & Associates.
Additionally, R. G. Hansen & Associates policy is to thoroughly review all
proposed agreements of their suppliers, subcontractors and customers to
assure that all requirements are clearly specified and that adherence to
all specifications can be achieved and verified.
Documentation
All documentation associated with manufacturing, design, purchase orders and inspection is thoroughly reviewed prior to release. The Quality Department at R. G. Hansen & Associates has a clear set of standards and procedures to follow in regards to documentation control.
Test
All products shipped with functional requirements are thoroughly tested to ensure customer specifications. All equipment used during final acceptance testing is calibrated with NIST traceability and maintained per documented procedures.
Inspection
It is R. G. Hansen& Associates policy to inspect material to ensure compliance to specified requirements at all levels of production. All equipment used during inspection is calibrated with NIST traceability and maintained per documented procedures. All persons responsible for inspection are appointed and trained by the Quality Assurance Manager.
